This package includes:

  • A two-night stay in a Specialty Suite (based on availability)
  • A $100 gift card to be used in any Crescent Hotel outlet
  • Use of the Crystal Ballroom for a Ceremony and Reception (a total of 4 hours)
    Includes Ballroom set-up with Hotel tables, chairs, linens (black or white), tableware, uniformed catering staff, and post-event clean up
  • Cake and punch for up to 100 people (Our staff will cut and serve your cake)
  • One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
  • A Bridal Bouquet consisting of a six-rose bouquet or a seasonal mixed flower bouquet with a matching boutonniere
  • An Officiant for your ceremony

Basin Park Barefoot Ballroom

Up to 100 people

This package includes:

  • Reception Party overlooking downtown Eureka Springs in the Barefoot Ballroom, Foyer & Crows Nest (4 hours)
  • Ceremony Site- with mountain backdrop
  • An officiant for your ceremony
  • Ballroom set-up includes tables, chairs, linens (black or white), china, glass and silver, uniformed catering staff, and post-event clean up
  • Cake and punch intended to serve up to 100 people (Our staff will cut and serve your cake)
  • A bridal bouquet consisting of a six-rose bouquet or seasonal mixed flowers with matching boutonniere
  • Escorted use of the Crow’s Nest for wedding party photos on the Basin Park Hotel rooftop
  • Ten reserved parking spaces in the hotel’s parking lot

  • 2 ½ hours live music for your ceremony and reception (strings)

  • 20 x 20 white wedding tent (includes garden set-up with Hotel tables, chairs, linens (black or white), tableware, uniformed catering staff, and post-event clean up)
  • Cake and punch for up to 30 people (our staff will cut and serve your cake)
  • One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses

This elopement package is offered for a ceremony only, reception is not included. Cake & champagne will be delivered to your hotel room for a private celebration afterward.
